Just thinking and they're with their thoughts you have a goal in mind and to me I want to reach that and if I ever stop running odds are it's never from physical pain of running but it's from the mental state that I'm in and I'm giving up or I'm being impatient patience to me is like a huge thing that I try to overcome so running like helps me gain some sort of control and my mindset when it comes to patience and just being present so that's kind of my purpose for running it's just mental strength for me and I run for that mental strength and Lululemon gear helps me in the sense of feeling comfortable so if you're ever on a run and you're like wearing shoes that are too tight or clothes that are uncomfortable clothes that don't fit right clothes that are too loose to tight whatever the case is mentally it will draw me back I will be focusing so much on that and it will make me give up that's one of the reasons why I really really like Lululemon is because they're comfortable and you're not really thinking about your cool while you're working out if that makes any sense so I'm gonna show you guys at the close that I got from the running collection do a quick try on haul with you guys before I get my breakfast and my pre run shake that I eat every time before I run and gives me the energy and helps me not

Cramp up so let's go ahead and get into the Lululemon run collection at clothing haul so here is the first look I first got the invigorate bra which is in the color heathered black I really like it it's full support and the back is like super cute so I also got the breeze by muscle top so this is
Just a muscle crop top and it says Lululemon and it's the color of whatever bra you're wearing I really like this because it has like holes which is like super breezy while I'm running here in hot Florida I also got the speed up shorts in the length four and I also got them in 2.5 which I'll show you guys in a second these are the 2.5 lengths they're a little bit shorter I personally prefer the longer ones and last but not least I got the defined jacket super form flattering it kind of goes in at the waist so it kind of gives you that like curvy figure they also have the little holes and the sleeve which I really like so that it won't slip up and down this is what it looks like when it's zipped up you have like two little pockets here which are super cute everything that I showed you guys will be linked in the description box if you guys want to pick it up

I'm gonna go make my running smoothie and then go for a quick run all right guys so here's my first meal of the day it's around 10 o'clock it's a little bit late usually I eat around 9:00 but I wasn't that hungry so first meal today it's gonna be a pre run smoothie a lot of people say that they cannot eat before they run I am like the complete opposite I need to eat before I run otherwise I'll just be think about how hungry I am and I'll feel faint so this is what I usually eat when I run so we have a frozen banana this helps with cramps if you are prone to getting cramps before you run if you eat a banana before you won't get cramps I also have some soft chia seeds this gives you tons of energy I have a half well a quarter of an avocado some saline cinnamon for added flavor I'm gonna throw on some spinach in there to get some greens in and this is like the Holy Grail so cacao powder is really really high in antioxidants but it's also really really good for energy levels so I have some cacao and cacao nibs to throw in there to give it some crunch and I put in some organic unsweetened almond milk as like the base [Music] we are live on time weebo [Music] our children here today [Music] for like a spark for [Applause] [Music] we are [Music] verse [Music] all that is right and we are okay I'm back it's so fucking hot outside I cannot deal with it I ended up running two miles which is like what I usually do my pace was 10 minutes and 34 seconds per mile which is my third fastest also I screenshotted because no joke right when I stopped it was 11:11 tell me that's not a good sign that it is hot plus it is rain last night so like the humidity is ridiculous right now I went to LA one time like a hot yoga class they had a humidifier in the classroom oh my god I didn't even know there is such a thing like literally releases all of your toxins that like I am literally drenched in sweat right now which is really really

Good the humidity is at 80 per week' percent 80% that's insane my favorite part after a run is eating starving so I'm just snacking on some
Pineapple it's currently a lot in 15 no hate a handful of pineapple but now I'm gonna go take a shower and go through some emails I'll catch up with you guys when I have my next meal all right guys so it is currently 12:15 I'm going to go in with my first lunch of the day I like to eat too like smaller meals rather than like a big lunch so I'm gonna be doing a yogurt Bowl I'm going to be using this Stonyfield Greek 100% grass-fed organic oh my good yogurt it's Greek yogurt I don't know what the difference is I think Greek is like way higher in protein this stuff has 22 grams of protein per cup which is pretty good topping it with some fruits so I have some blueberries and blackberries here and then for added crunch I'm gonna go ahead and do some sliced almonds and walnuts and the man top it off with some honey so this honey is actually all the way from the whales Noah brought this back but he said this is like really really healthy man Nuka honey I'm pretty sure they have it at Trader Joe's and Whole Foods it's from New Zealand 24 ta I have no idea what that means here are the nutritional facts I don't yeah it's actually really good so it's currently one o'clock and I'm craving something to snack on so this is like a healthy snack alternative if you guys crave like chips or anything like that these are chickpea puffs and they're vegan white cheddar so they literally taste like Cheetos they're so good highly recommend here's all the like facts gluten-free

Kosher vegan soy free no nuts non GMO here are the ingredients if you guys want to check it out and the nutrition facts yeah so they're really good they're actually delicious much healthier than that Cheetos so I'm gonna tack on these and watch a movie or something I'm gonna pair it up with a zbs so this is caffeine free Cola flavored no artificial flavoring no calorie no sugar healthier alternative to like soda it's made with stevia leaf it's really good this one's my favorite flavor isn't this such a satisfying sound here is my second meal of the day it's currently 4:20 would you look at that what I am going to be doing is frying an egg with some olive oil topping it with some sea salt and then putting in a piece of this naan bread and the toaster this is from Trader Joe's it's so good usually I will have two eggs but I only currently have one which is kind of sad I didn't know I only had one so that I'll just have to do for now alright guys so here is my dinner it is currently at 7:30 I'm not too hungry but I know that I need to eat something otherwise I'll probably snack later on the night but I'm gonna go ahead and make myself like the laziest dinner ever usually no it cooks me dinner but he's not here tonight so unfortunately, I have to cook myself yay we have organic

Spicy Italian chicken sausage this stuff is so easy and then I'm going to throw in this quinoa and brown rice mixture with garlic again it's like super super easy you just pop it in the microwave you get your greens in for the night and then I'm gonna make myself like a little salad I'm just gonna put a little bit of this romaine salad and spring mix and top it off with this Zoe's kitchen Greek dressing I've talked about this dressing before on my channel but you just get it at Zoe's kitchen I don't know now it's like a restaurant but they make it from scratch it's pretty good the ingredients are olive oil blend of red wine vinegar salt and spices that is my dinner knocking at your door [Music] and I one thing for sure I've never been so close before [Music] all right guys so um I ended up eating some dessert as well I forgot to vlog it because I was so excited basically I had about a corner of this it is completely gone now the best chocolate ice cream ever that's gonna be it for this article I really hope that you guys enjoyed it and I'll see you guys all in a future article bye guys
